Shipment processing time
All orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or on a weekend will be processed from the following Monday. Some equipment items may require an additional processing time. Delays can be expected in the case of courier issues or restrictions in which case we will communicate with you.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders over R1000, shipping will be free.

We usually use The Courier Guy or Pudo Lockers to fulfill deliveries, however, we may change our shipping partners from time to time and this can incur changes to shipment cost and may result in delays. Please note that we are unable to accommodate shipping to PO boxes. We only offer shipping to addresses located within South Africa and no international shipping is available through the website.
Upon order completion, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number from our courier partner.
You are also welcome to collect your order from our Roastery & Head Office during trading hours. Please select “pick up” at checkout.
