Refund Policy

If your order is incorrect, damaged or faulty please notify us immediately by emailing hello@smakcoffeeco.com. We will then arrange to collect the parcel and replace the incorrect or damaged items from your order at no charge.

If you would like to return any items for any other reason, you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that it is unused and in its original packaging.  Return shipping costs will be for your account, unless the product is incorrect or damaged. Any orders can be returned to ourRoastery & Head Office in Paarden Eiland. We will then either replace the stock or refund you. All refunds will be processed at the owner’s discretion.
